The Charter of Engagement is a specific tool to better engage enterprises and employers in changing their mind-set, according to what is required at EU level.
Sign the Charter of Engagement to join the European Alliance members to engage in the network’s activities and to actively collaborate with other members. By signing this document, civil society, public authorities and businesses take a strong commitment to the fight against sexual harassment and GBV at the workplace.
LEVELS OF ENGAGEMENT
Joining the European Alliance is a multilevel process based on 3 different levels of engagement. The three levels of engagement are what is required to become an active key player in preventing and reporting sexual harassment cases but also encouraging and leading the way for other organisations to do the same.
When you have completed one of the levels, you can collect your badge and show it with pride on your organisation’s website or social media channels.
